Advantages of a high efficiency thin film evaporator:
1. Minimal pressure loss
In the high-efficiency thin film evaporator, the material flow and the secondary vaporization flow are two independent channels: the material falls under the inner wall of the evaporation cylinder; while the evaporation surface evaporates, the steam is almost from the space in the middle of the cylinder. It leaves the evaporator unimpeded, so the pressure loss is very small.
2. Can realize the operation under vacuum conditions
Because the resistance of the secondary vapor from the evaporation surface to the condenser is small, the evaporation surface of the inner wall of the entire evaporation cylinder maintains a high degree of vacuum, which is almost equal to the vacuum system, and the vacuum degree of the mouth is effective due to the improvement of the vacuum degree. Reduce the boiling point of the material being processed.
3. High heat transfer coefficient, high evaporation strength
The temperature difference with the heat medium is increased; the liquid film in the turbulent state reduces the thermal resistance; at the same time, the material is inhibited from coking and scaling on the wall surface, and the heat transfer of the evaporation cylinder wall is also improved.
4. Low temperature evaporation
The evaporation cylinder can maintain a high degree of vacuum, and the boiling point of the material to be treated is greatly reduced, so it is particularly suitable for low temperature evaporation of heat sensitive materials.
5. Short overcurrent time
The overcurrent time of the material in the evaporator is very short, about 10 seconds; for the commonly used movable scraper, the end surface of the scraping material has a guiding groove, and the oblique angle is usually 45σ, changing the inclination and the angle. The angle can change the overcurrent time of the material. Under the scraping of the scraper, the spiral descends away from the evaporation section. Shorten the economy and effectively prevent the decomposition of the product during the evaporation process.
6. Available low grade steam
Steam is a commonly used heat medium. Because the boiling point of the material is lowered, the temperature of the heating medium can be lowered under the condition of ensuring the same 4t, and the use of low grade is beneficial to the integration of energy.
7. Adaptability and easy operation
The structural design is very special, allowing the product to handle high-viscosity, granule-containing, heat-sensitive and easy-to-knot materials that are not easily handled by conventional evaporators.
